About

Practice software built with a practice.

AspireOS is the operating system for Australian mobile allied-health practices — designed hand in hand with the clinicians who run on it.

AspireOS is practice-management software for Australian mobile allied-health practices — physiotherapy, occupational therapy and the wider allied-health team that sees people where they live rather than at one front desk. It brings scheduling, clinical notes, invoicing and claims, payments, comms, letters, live analytics, meetings, HR and payroll, and telehealth onto a single record.

It was built alongside a working Melbourne practice, KHY Physio, so the software reflects how mobile care actually happens: routes and suburbs in the calendar, EPC / NDIS / DVA funding carried from booking to claim, and notes that hold up because they carry a full version trail.

AI-first, and honest about it

At the centre is AspireAi, an AI assistant that takes the busywork off your plate — drafting a letter, pricing an invoice, chasing a lead. AspireAi works on a confirm-before-act model: it proposes the exact action, shows you what will change, and waits for your OK. Useful, but never out of your control.

Built to keep data safe

AspireOS is multi-tenant and practice-scoped — every request is resolved to one practice and scoped to it, with role-based access on top — and it runs in Sydney so patient data stays onshore. Security is in the foundations, not bolted on.

Built for the field

Shaped around home visits, travel time and mixed funding — not around a reception desk.

AI you can trust

AspireAi proposes and you confirm. The AI never acts on its own, so you stay in control.

Your data, onshore

Multi-tenant and practice-scoped, running in Sydney so patient data stays in Australia.

Careers

We’re a small team.

AspireOS is early and deliberately small — a handful of people building close to real clinical work. We don’t have open roles listed right now, but we always like meeting people who care about healthcare software done well. If that’s you, say hello.

Partners

Integrate or refer.

Building a tool that should talk to AspireOS? Our open API and webhooks are made for exactly that. Work with allied-health practices and want to refer them to AspireOS? We’d love to talk. Either way, reach out and let’s find the fit.
